Standard Features:
- A high-strength steel frame is supported by a two-point structure, and the driving shaft is attached by a cantilever.
- The performance of maintenance-free bearings approaches that of rolling bearings, offering improved corrosion resistance.
- The replacement parts, comprising the friction disc and ratchet, offer added convenience, and the larger diameter of the friction disc enhances brake reliability.
- The hook material is made of alloy steel and has undergone heat treatment, with a safety latch that is stamped, and the hook frame is forged for higher quality and reliability.
- The cover features a curved edge for easy hand chain replacement and smooth operation.
- The support rod effectively secures the ratchet cover, providing protection to the brake system, while the smooth steel bushing on both sides of the black oxide plate ensures smooth operation.
- The Load Chain is made of alloy Steel G80 in accordance with EN 818-7 (German Standard).
- The brake seat is connected to the driving shaft with a screw thread, and the driving shaft has undergone precise heat treatment to ensure high precision dimensions.
